Sunday in the Park

SUNDAY IN PARK is back! As long as it doesn't rain tomorrow, that is :)
Weather looks like it will be dry and warm enough to be tolerable, so we have a good opportunity to go to the park and play cricket, footy, frisbee or whatever. Maybe a tad too cool to simply sit and drink beer, but not too cool be active.

When: Sunday, from 3pm

For those who can't see the link (or the green arrow)- from Parkhäusl Biergarten, go south, past the Kinderspielplatz, and you'll be very close. If you're at the Zoo, Botanical Gardens or Kuhsee, you're in the wrong place.

Please bring: Balls etc for your favourite outdoor activity, and food & drink (if you wish to refresh yourself whilst there. I'm going to). BBQs are allowed there, but I won't be taking one. If anyone wishes to bring along a BBQ, they're welcome to!

18.05.2013: This weekend we have a Sunday and then a public holiday straight afterwards. So, if weather is good, we'll do it this Sunday. And if weather is good on Monday, we'll do it on Monday!

New on the blog: Spanish "Tertulia espanol"

If you haven't noticed: There's a NEW TAB on the top of our blog! I named it "Tertulia espanol", because as far as my dictionary told me, that's the equivalent of the "Stammtisch". I don't know a single word of spanish, so, if any of the spanish words are wrong, just tell me. :-)

New Location for English-Speaking Stammtisch

Dear readers,
I am really sorry for not keeping this blog up to date in the last few months. I was away for an internship and didn't find anyone who was willing to take care of it. I'm back now.

I was informed by Andrew that the English-Stammtisch is now being held at the Flannigan's Post Irish Pub & Mexican Bar until the weather is good enough to switch back to the Thorbräukeller's beergarden.
Flannigan's Post is located between the Königsplatz and the Theater. The exact address is Fuggerstraße 5, 86150 Augsburg.

I will check out the "new" Stammtisch location tomorrow and then I will tell you exactly how to find the table, I promise. :) If you'd like to join this week, please look around, ask around and / or ask the staff.
